Wallet Terms
Last updated June 27, 2026
Wallet balance is non-withdrawable value that can be applied to eligible CogniPal usage after included monthly allowances are used.
This draft is provided for product transparency and remains subject to final legal review before launch.
1. Wallet balance
Wallet balance may be used for eligible provider usage, standard CogniPal action fees, and eligible external SaaS actions shown in the product.
Wallet balance is not cash, is not a stored-value account, and is separate from creator earnings or payout balances.
2. Top-ups and processing fees
When you top up, checkout shows the selected wallet amount and the payment processing fee as separate line items.
Your wallet receives the selected wallet amount. Payment processing fees are charged separately and are not added to wallet balance.
Receipts and ledger views may show provider usage, CogniPal action fees, top-ups, adjustments, and refunds as separate entries for auditability.
3. Amount due and paused access
Some premium, external, or unknown-cost actions may require wallet balance, BYOK setup, or approval before they run.
If usage creates an amount due or a required payment cannot be completed, CogniPal may pause scheduled runs, autonomous Pal activity, or other paid usage until the issue is resolved.
Paused access does not remove your workspace content. It limits eligible paid actions until billing, policy, or operator requirements are satisfied.
