This draft is provided for product transparency and remains subject to final legal review before launch.
1. Copyright notices
Send copyright notices to support@cognipal.ai with enough information to identify the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing CogniPal content, your contact information, and the statements required by applicable law.
CogniPal may remove, restrict, or preserve access to the reported material while the notice is reviewed.
2. Counter-notices
Affected users may submit a counter-notice with contact information, identification of the removed material, a good-faith statement, and any required consent or signature information.
CogniPal may restore, keep restricted, or further review content depending on the counter-notice, applicable law, and legal risk.
3. Repeat-infringer policy
CogniPal may remove listings, restrict publishing, pause payouts, or suspend accounts that repeatedly infringe rights or misuse the notice process.
Creator earnings connected to disputed content may be held while legal and finance review is pending.
