How It Works

1. List Upcoming Events (Google Calendar) — Scans your calendar for meetings starting within the next 5 minutes that contain video conference links (Zoom, Meet, Teams, or Webex).
2. Create Meeting Bot (Recall) — Deploys a Recall.ai bot into the identified meeting URL to begin recording and real-time transcription.
3. Get Bot Status (Recall) — Continuously polls the bot's status until the meeting concludes and the transcript becomes available.
4. Get Transcript (Recall) — Retrieves the complete timestamped transcript with speaker identification and timestamps.
5. Generate Structured Summary (Claude Opus 4.6) — Processes the transcript using advanced AI to extract attendees, agenda items, key decisions, blockers, and action items with assigned owners.
