- Get Transcript (Recall) — Retrieves the full timestamped transcript from the meeting recording, parsing and downloading the actual content
- Generate Structured Summary (Claude Opus 4.6) — Uses advanced AI reasoning to extract attendees, topics discussed, objections raised, commitments made, and agreed next steps into a structured format
- Search Records (EspoCRM) — Locates the Contact record by matching the meeting attendee's email address
