How It Works

1. List Messages (Gmail) — Fetch all unread messages from your primary inbox from the last 30 minutes to identify new incoming mail
2. Get Message (Gmail) — Retrieve the complete email body and headers for each message to enable comprehensive analysis
3. Classify Email (Claude Haiku 4.5) — Use a fast, efficient AI model to instantly categorize each email as urgent, customer issue, sales pitch, internal, FYI, or newsletter
4. Draft Reply (Claude Sonnet 4.6) — Generate a contextually appropriate, tone-matched reply for emails requiring a response using advanced reasoning capabilities
5. Modify Message Labels (Gmail) — Automatically apply relevant labels (Urgent, Customer, Newsletter, etc.) to organize and categorize your inbox
6. Create Draft (Gmail) — Save the AI-generated reply as a Gmail draft for human review and approval before sending
7. Send Message (Slack) — DM the user with urgent emails flagged for immediate attention, ensuring critical messages aren't missed
8. Create Page (Notion) — Log emails requiring follow-up action in a dedicated Notion action items database for task tracking
