How It Works
- List Customers (Shopify) — Query the Shopify store for customers sorted by last purchase date, filtering for those inactive 60+ days or longer.
- List Orders (Shopify) — Retrieve complete order history for each lapsed customer to calculate lifetime value (LTV) and identify preferred product categories.
- Segment & Draft Copy (Claude) — Use AI to intelligently segment customers into high-value, mid-value, and low-value tiers, then generate personalized, conversion-optimized email messaging for each segment.
- List Audiences (Mailchimp) — Identify or confirm the customer re-engagement email audience in Mailchimp.
