How It Works
- Search Messages (Gmail) — Monitor Gmail inbox for new emails with a designated Sales label since the last sync
- Get Message (Gmail) — Retrieve the complete email body, headers, and metadata for processing
- Extract Deal Details (Claude Haiku) — Use AI to intelligently parse contact name, company, deal intent signals, and action items from email content
- Get Contact (HubSpot) — Query HubSpot CRM to locate an existing contact by email address
- Create Contact (HubSpot) — Automatically create a new contact record if no match exists, populating firstname, lastname, email, company, and other properties
- Find Associated Deal (HubSpot) — Search HubSpot for the relevant deal linked to the contact or company
