The Contact Enricher is an AI-powered workflow automation agent that instantly transforms raw contact records into richly detailed, sales-ready profiles. The moment a new Contact is created in EspoCRM, this agent automatically enriches it with verified contact data, professional insights, and predictive scoring from Apollo, then intelligently syncs everything back to your CRM along with associated Account records. It eliminates manual research and data entry, accelerating sales cycles and improving lead quality.
How It Works
- Get Record (EspoCRM) — Retrieves the newly created Contact record by ID, extracting the email and company fields for enrichment
- Enrich Person (Apollo) — Calls Apollo's person enrichment API using the email address to reveal verified contact information, LinkedIn URL, phone number, and job title
- Enrich Company (Apollo) — Enriches the company domain through Apollo to gather firmographics, including industry, employee headcount, revenue, funding status, and tech stack
- Compute ICP Fit Score (Claude Haiku) — Analyzes the enriched data using AI reasoning to generate a 0-100 ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) fit score, identifying sales-qualified prospects
- Update Record (EspoCRM) — Writes all enrichment data (LinkedIn URL, phone, job title, ICP score) back to the Contact record in EspoCRM
- Search Records (EspoCRM) — Checks if an Account record for the contact's company already exists in the CRM
- Create Record (EspoCRM) — Creates a new Account record if one doesn't exist, pre-populated with company firmographics and tech stack data
- Create Relationship (EspoCRM) — Establishes a linked relationship between the Contact and its parent Account for CRM hygiene and reporting
