It enriches contact data using Apollo's comprehensive person and company databases, scores leads against your ideal customer profile (ICP) using advanced AI reasoning, and syncs everything to EspoCRM with Slack notifications—eliminating manual data entry and ensuring your sales team focuses only on high-potential opportunities.
How It Works
- Create Initial Lead Record (EspoCRM) — Captures raw lead data (name, email, company) as a new Lead record in EspoCRM
- Enrich Person Details (Apollo) — Queries Apollo by email to retrieve verified title, LinkedIn profile, phone number, and company affiliation
- Enrich Company Details (Apollo) — Enriches the company domain via Apollo to extract firmographics, tech stack, headcount, revenue, and funding stage
- Score Lead Against ICP (Claude Haiku 4.5) — Uses advanced reasoning to score the lead 0-100 based on title seniority, company size, industry alignment, and tech stack fit
- Update Lead Record (EspoCRM) — Populates all enrichment data and the ICP score back into the Lead record in EspoCRM
- Create Account Record (EspoCRM) — Creates a new Account record for the company if it doesn't already exist
- Link Lead to Account (EspoCRM) — Establishes a relationship between the Lead and Account records for CRM organization
- Notify Sales (Slack) — Sends an immediate notification to #sales with a direct link when a lead scores above 70
