How It Works
- Search Messages (Gmail) — Queries the support email inbox using Gmail search syntax to identify new support requests
- Search Messages (Slack) — Scans the #support channel for new, unprocessed messages from team members and customers
- Get Messages (Discord) — Fetches recent messages from the designated #help Discord channel
- Classify Requests (Claude Haiku 4.5) — Uses AI-powered language model to analyze each message and assign priority level (P0–P3), category (bug, question, billing, feature), and required skill set
- List Task Lists (ClickUp) — Queries your ClickUp workspace to identify the correct destination list based on request category
- Create Support Task (ClickUp) — Generates a new ClickUp task with title, description, priority metadata, and source channel information
- Set Custom Fields (ClickUp) — Populates custom fields including Source Channel, Customer Name, and Original Message Link for full traceability
- Acknowledge via Slack — Sends an immediate reply to the Slack requester with ticket number and expected response time
