How It Works
- List Records (EspoCRM) — Fetches all open Opportunities, filtering out Closed Won and Closed Lost deals to focus on active pipeline
- Retrieve Activity History (EspoCRM) — Pulls stream posts and recent activity for each opportunity to calculate days since last touchpoint
- Analyze Deals for Risk (Claude Sonnet) — Applies AI reasoning to identify stale deals (no activity beyond threshold), flag missing close dates and amounts, and detect overdue opportunities
- Map Assignees (Slack Users) — Retrieves Slack workspace user data to match EspoCRM deal owners to their messaging handles
