It monitors lead qualification scores and stages in real time, intelligently enriches opportunity attributes using AI analysis, and instantly notifies sales reps via Slack — ensuring qualified prospects move through your pipeline without delay.
How It Works
- List Records (EspoCRM) — Automatically fetches all Leads with qualification scores above 70 or stage set to "Qualified" that haven't yet been converted, using filtered queries and pagination.
- Get Record (EspoCRM) — Retrieves the complete Lead record details including name, email, company, enrichment data, and custom notes for comprehensive context.
- Analyze with Claude Haiku — Uses AI to intelligently determine the optimal Opportunity name, estimated deal value, and pipeline stage based on lead information and industry context.
- Convert Lead (EspoCRM) — Executes a single conversion operation that simultaneously creates linked Account, Contact, and Opportunity records from the Lead data.
- Update Record (EspoCRM) — Populates the newly created Opportunity with AI-derived estimated value, projected close date, and appropriate sales stage.
- Create Stream Post (EspoCRM) — Adds a structured conversion note to the Opportunity's activity stream with initial qualification summary and metadata.
- Send Message (Slack) — Sends a direct notification to the assigned sales rep with a clickable link to the new Opportunity for immediate action.
