How It Works

1. Summarize Action (Claude Haiku) — The agent condenses the pending action into a concise 3-line summary using Claude Haiku 4.5, capturing what the agent wants to do, why it matters, and the core content (email draft, social post, payment details) for instant clarity.

2. Send Approval Request with Buttons (Telegram) — The summary is formatted as a Telegram message with inline keyboard buttons labeled Approve ✅ and Reject ❌, sent directly to the designated approver's phone.

3. Confirm Delivery (Telegram) — The agent verifies the message was successfully delivered to the correct Telegram chat member using Get Chat Member, ensuring the approver received the notification.

4. Format Decision Outcome (Claude Haiku) — Upon response, Claude Haiku processes the user's decision and formats the confirmation with timestamp and decision details for downstream logging.

5. Log Decision to Audit Trail (Notion) — Every HITL decision—action type, content, approval status, timestamp, and approver name—is recorded in a Notion database, creating an immutable audit trail for compliance and accountability.

6. Send Confirmation Message (Telegram) — A follow-up message confirms the outcome: "Action approved and executed" or "Action cancelled per your request" with Markdown formatting for clarity.
