2. Retrieve Email Details — Fetches the complete email body for each detected transaction notification to extract relevant information
3. Extract & Categorize — Uses Claude Haiku to intelligently parse merchant name, amount, date, and transaction type, then automatically assigns expenses to categories: Food, Software/SaaS, Travel, Office, Marketing, Professional Services, Personal, or Other
4. Check for Duplicates — Queries your Airtable expense tracker to identify and prevent duplicate transaction entries
5. Log Transactions — Creates a new record in Airtable with merchant, amount, category, date, and account details
