How It Works
- Retrieve Contact (HubSpot) — Fetch the newly created contact's email and name from HubSpot to serve as the enrichment anchor.
- Enrich Person Profile (Apollo) — Enrich the contact by email to obtain verified job title, LinkedIn URL, phone number, and company affiliation data.
- Enrich Company Data (Apollo) — Enrich the contact's company domain to extract firmographics including industry, headcount, revenue, funding status, and tech stack.
- Score Lead with LLM (Claude Haiku) — Analyze the enriched contact and company data against your ideal customer profile (ICP) criteria, generating a lead score from 0–100 based on job title, company size, and industry fit.
- Update Contact Record (HubSpot) — Write enrichment data (LinkedIn URL, phone, verified job title) back to the contact record in HubSpot.
- Update Company Record (HubSpot) — Create or update the company record with firmographic details like industry, headcount, and technology stack.
