How It Works

1. List Unsorted Files (Google Drive) — The agent fetches all files from your Drive root and designated unsorted folders, using advanced Google Drive query syntax to identify disorganized content.
2. Retrieve File Metadata (Google Drive) — For each discovered file, the agent extracts critical metadata including name, MIME type, size, modification date, and ownership information.
3. Read Document Contents (Google Drive) — The agent downloads and analyzes file content, automatically converting Google Workspace documents (Docs, Sheets, Slides) to readable text to understand subject matter and context.
4. Classify Each File (Claude Opus) — Using the most capable AI model, the agent intelligently categorizes every file into logical groups: Proposals, Contracts, Research, Meeting Notes, Templates, Personal, or Archive.
